Our bodies are bodies of water, and we have a pH level that has to be maintained and watched over.
PH stands for power of Hydrogen and displays the levels of Hydrogen ions in any body. In order to have a nicely-balanced pH level, we have to be slightly alkaline. The scale ranges from 0-14, the lower is acidic, and higher the level is alkaline. The perfect level for our body is 7.30-7.45. So, how do we add in alkaline into our daily diet?
