- 150 grams / 5.2 oz of cooked and blend pumpkin
- 4 cup of kefir
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Method of preparation:
First mix the kefir (around 800 grams) and the pumpkin (150 grams) well. After that, add the honey and mix again until you get a homogeneous mixture. This drink will boost your immunity and will also stimulate every organ in the digestive system.
