People are considered either being healthy and unhealthy. But all have their own opinions whether a certain food or activity could not be good for you. Nevertheless, according to our sources, we give you early warning signs of being unhealthy:
1. YOU ALWAYS GET SICK
One of the most common sign of poor health is when you get sick easily. If you often catch flu or colds then this is due to having a weak immune system, thus being unhealthy.
2. YOU FREQUENTLY EXPERIENCE ALLERGIES
Allergies doesn’t actually indicate that you are unhealthy but this does if experienced more often than not. You might get allergic from pollen, dust or certain foods but when you are unhealthy, your immune systems gets compromised by exerting too much effort during multiple allergies attack.
3. YOU GET SUNBURNS EASILY
Not all processed foods and additives are not healthy for you because ghese can be released in the skin. The toxins released from these substances speeds up the burning process. So when you notice that your skin got sun burns even after exposing yourself in the sun for a minimal time, then you have poor health.
4. YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM IS COMPROMISED
The defense mechanism of our bodies is our immune system. It prevents and fights diseases and if this is compromised, it causes complications on simple illnesses such as colds turing into pneumonia and never-ending symptoms are experienced.
