For centuries the combined mixture of honey and cinnamon have been used all over the world not only as food but as medicine, cures to diseases and to prevent illness.
Honey, as well as cinnamon are known to have super health benefits and you don’t need a prescription from a doctor to use them. This one of the best all natural alternatives for preventing disease, killing bacteria, and treating cancer and other serious illnesses such as cancer.
The oils and enzymes in honey and cinnamon make hydrogen peroxide which hill microbes, bacteria and block fungi.
