The American Lung Association says there 600 ingredients in cigarettes that harm us each time we puff on one.
When burnt, they release 7,000 toxins. Up to 69 of the toxins create poison and cancer in your body. Many of them are in products in our market shelves. At least with those, there are warning labels. Cigarettes are in the shadows when it comes to information about them.

▪ Acetic acid of hair dye
▪ Ammonia of house cleaners
▪ Arsenic in rat poison
▪ Benzene in rubber cement
▪ Butane in fluid in lighters

▪ Formaldehyde in embalming fluids for medicine and autopsy
▪ Hexamine in barbeque fluid for lighting
▪ Lead in battery
▪ Naphthalene in mothballs
▪ Methanol in rocket fuels
▪ Nicotine in insecticides and such products
▪ Tar in paving road materials
▪ Toluene in paints
These are some of the toxins you inhale when smoking a cigarette. The lungs of both smokers and non-smokers are filled with toxins. You can cleanse a big section of your lungs and is completely healthy. All you need is three items. Onion, ginger and turmeric. Ginger is found to have a beneficial effect in healing, and has been famous for that for thousands of years.
Ginger: Helps in the removal of mucus in lungs
Onion: Great in fighting cancer. Wards off malignant issues and halts respiratory issues.
Turmeric: This wonderful spice has many minerals and vitamins along with omega 3 fatty acids. It is known to fight off bacteria, cancer cells and viruses.
ITEMS FOR THE RECIPE:
▪ 1 liter water
▪ 400 g onion
▪ 2 big spoons powder turmeric
▪ 400 g raw sugar
▪ Ginger root, organic
Mix together the water with sugar on heat. Allow to boil; while heating up, chop the ginger and onions and add into the pan. while boiling, add in the turmeric and lower the heat. Allow to cook until in half-size of the pan. Strain it and then add into a bottle or glass jar. Allow to cool in the fridge. Consume 2 spoons in the morning and night, 2 hours after eating a meal.
