You you will need:
- Self-stick wrap pads
1. Boil water in a pot.
2. Add the chopped garlic and onions and let it boil for another 10 minutes.
3. remove from heat and let cool for 20 minutes.
4. Pour the mixture on the self-stick dressing pads, just to get wet. If there is a considerable measure of liquid in the pads, make sure to squeeze it out.
5. Patch the pad on the soles of your feet and put on socks so the pad will not fall. In the morning, take them out and you will notice how the toxins are out on the pads.
