The thing is, when we eat, we usually take in carbohydrates and not all of them get inside you. Some of them stick in your mouth. Once they’re stuck, bacteria start growing and from the bacteria comes acid. If you think acid in your mouth is bad, then you are definitely right.
Here are some of the things that you can do to make sure that your teeth are clean and healthy!
1. Cut Down on the Sugar
Mo’ Sugar, mo’ problems! If you want your teeth to remain healthy, watch your sugar intake as too much sugar causes cavities.
2. Eat healthy
Eat lots of veggies and grab some avocadoes while you’re at it, as these will help your teeth get tougher and stronger!
3. No Seeds
Precision Nutrition said that phytic acid can be found in seeds.
4. Select Your Toothpaste
Prioritize toothpaste that doesn’t contain fluoride.

One tablespoon of filtered water
Half a teaspoon of coconut oil
A fourth of a teaspoon of peppermint extract
A fourth of a teaspoon of chlorophyll w/ mint
A fourth of a teaspoon of baking soda
Three tablespoons of diatomaceous clay
