- 1 small cucumber
- 2 kiwis
- Half a cup of water
- Half a cup of grapes (any)
- Half a cup of fresh spinach
Mix all the ingredients in a blender until you get a smooth liquid. Consume the drink while fresh and on an empty stomach.
This combination of ingredients is rich in fiber and antioxidants and will significantly improve your overall health. Vitamin C contained in kiwi aids the absorption of iron from spinach. If you don’t have kiwi at the moment, or you are allergic to kiwi you can use orange as an alternative.
