With many scientific observations being conducted, we are more aware of how imperative it is that we detox our bodies. 

Our body is like a car engine with an oil change. Our body needs to be cleansed of the impurities that have been stacked away in your body for a long time that are burdening. 

Despite that our bodies sweat out waste from the body, not all is discharged. There will always be residues left behind from nutrients that weren’t fully absorbed, and converted into a toxin in time. It’s vital to our health that we detoxify our body from accrued toxic waste. 

When toxins build up in the system, it leads to fatigue, chronic disease and headaches. 

The DIY detox bath

10 drops of essential oil
handful of Epsom salts
1/2 cup of baking soda
Essential oils:
Cedarwood: Depression
Grapefruit: Uplifting
Lavender: Calming and soothing
Chamomile & Rosemary: Headache
Peppermint: Fatigue

1. Add ingredients while prepping your hot bath.

2. Relax and soak for 15-20 minutes to ensure removal of sweat, detox and absorb all nutrients.

3. Rinse off with a cool shower.

4. Make sure you drink plenty of water before, during and after your bath to aid in the detoxification process.
