For centuries, numerous cultures around the globe have utilized Epsom salts for their beneficial properties, use for body detox treatments, gardening and in household cleaning.
This natural salt is very different from others and has pure mineral compounds of magnesium and sulfate. Both of these offer great heath benefits and can detox your body. Your skin will naturally absorb the salt and remove your toxins.
So What’s the Deal?
Magnesium is especially important because it helps more than 325 enzymes, soothes inflammation, improves the function of muscles and nerves, help blood flow and boost oxygenation through the whole body. It is sulfates that are imperative for skin health, joints and nervous tissues.
The mixture of both sulfate and magnesium remove toxins and aids in building key protein molecules in our brain tissue and joints.

Rest for 1-2 hours after.
