Gelatin is made from glycine and proline that are amino acids that many don’t consume enough daily.

-One cup of orange juice (freshly squeezed);
-Stevia or honey
Book the green tea and add some honey and stevia first. Then, add gelatin, Mix until the gelatin is dissolved. Put it aside from the heat and leave to cool. After, add the grape and orange juice and mix them well. At the end, pour it in a container and refrigerate for three hours. Then your jelly is ready for your enjoyment!
